We want you to love everything you buy from us, so please review our current policies before making your purchase. Unless otherwise noted, our merchandise is secondhand. Questions? Call 804-377-3010.

We accept all major credit cards. We accept store gift cards for online purchases if you call us at 804-377-3010.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax when shipping within Virginia. 

In-Store Pickup
We offer free, next-day pick up at the store! Simply come in and tell a sales associate you're picking up a purchase. Orders not picked up within 3 days are final sale.

We currently offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders of $25 or more. We do not ship outside the continental United States. Unless otherwise noted, we process and ship within 48 hours using USPS. Shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the email you provide. It is your responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service if you experience shipping delays or your package is not delivered because the address provided is incorrect. Ashby cannot be held responsible for transit delays once packages leave our shop.

Online Returns & Refunds
Full-price, used clothing may be returned for store credit only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase.  After 3 days, all sales are final. Bring your return to the store or ship it to ASHBY RETURNS, 3010 West Cary St, Richmond VA, 23221. We do not accept returns purchased online without prior authorization. You are responsible for all shipping and tracking fees. Email with the reason for your return and tracking number. Items must be returned in the condition received, with the original tags and with your receipt.
