HOW OUR BUYING PROCESS WORKS

    We buy adult clothes, shoes and accessories every day for resalefrom on-trend styles to unique vintage piecesby appointment only. You receive 30% of the selling price via PayPal or 50% in store credit.


    1. What We Buy:
    Adult fashion in all sizes, based on condition, demand and inventory levels.
    All items must be freshly laundered and in good, sellable condition. (Items with excessive wear, odors, stains, holes, missing buttons, pet hair, etc. will be returned.)
    We are very selective with wardrobe basics, jewelry, and accessories.

    👉 Have maternity, nursing, upscale women’s, or kids’ clothes? Check out our sister stores Clementine (designer women’s consignment) and Clover (kids + maternity/nursing). Both stores are conveniently located a few doors down from us.

    2. How Much You Can Bring:
    1–2 medium tote bags or small containers* per appointment (a reusable grocery bag is ideal).
    3–4 bags/containers* = book 2 appointments on the same day.
    More than 4? Email info@ashbyrva.com for approval.

    *One storage bin/IKEA-size bag = 2 medium bags.

    3. Your Appointment Day: 
    Bring a valid photo ID. (Under 18? Bring an adult with an ID.)
    Allow 10–15 minutes for review and processing.
    Items we don’t buy (“passes”) will be returned.

    ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️  If you want an itemized list or a price on a specific item, you MUST make this request at drop-off. 

    Once items are purchased, we cannot:
    • Return purchased items
    • Provide an itemized list
    • Discuss individual prices

    4. Your Payout=30% via PayPal or 50% in store credit
    •  We'll email your payout details by the end of the business day.
    •  Respond by 4PM to be paid the same day.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

      • Sellers may book 2 appointments per week; extras will be canceled.
      • No walk ins. Appointment + photo ID required.
      • Itemized lists/receipts must be requested when you drop off.
      • Late arrivals or wrong time/day may be rescheduled.
      • Multiple "no-call/no-show" sellers will be denied future appointments.
      • Unclaimed passes are donated without further notice.
      • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
